Limited Warranty Coverage
Bussies Blue Star Automotive guarantees all repairs and services performed at our facility for a period of 2 years or 24,000 miles driven, whichever comes first, from the date of service.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers parts and labor on all repairs and services provided by Bussies Blue Star Automotive unless otherwise stated in writing. If a defect in workmanship or a covered part arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no additional charge.
Conditions of Warranty
- Warranty Service Location: All warranty repairs must be performed exclusively at Bussies Blue Star Automotive
- Non-Transferable: This warranty is provided to the original customer only and is non-transferable.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Damage resulting from modifications or repairs performed by any other facility or individual.
- Routine maintenance services (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations).
- Wear and tear items (e.g., brake pads & filters) unless specifically stated in the repair warranty.
- Damage resulting from continued operation of the vehicle after a defect is known.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers are responsible for:
- Returning the vehicle to Bussies Blue Star Automotive at the first sign of any issues related to the original repair.
- Performing recommended maintenance and service on time.
- Operating the vehicle under normal driving conditions
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to repairing or replacing defective parts and labor originally performed by us. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to towing, loss of vehicle use, or loss of time or income.
